Outside players are able to make a decision as to whether they want it inside or outside. The setting pass should be done so that the inside player can shoot first time, and the outside player doesn't have to chase down a pass.
Central player can make their own decision as to which direction they go around the 'defender'.

This shot should be aimed low and hard at the far post. Ideally, the shot should be going close to the inside of the post, aiming for the side netting. Striker should be attempting a driven shot, rather than an inside of the boot shot.

Once the striker has gotten past the 'defender', they should look for a shot hard at either post.

The striker on this play should attempt to take a touch and quickly change direction, before attempting a lifted shot to the far post.

Similar set up to the previous drill, this time requiring a bouncer for the central player, and moving the wide mannequins deeper into the box.
Cones are set up as gates (For the ball, not the player) for the wide runs, one set up for a cut back pass, the other for a chipped delivery.
Still no goalies, we want to practice hitting the target and being confident there.

Central striker plays to the bouncer, who plays a setting pass for her to shoot either side as per the first session. Whichever side the striker goes, the bouncer runs to the other side (One attacking the far post, one attacking the near post).
This step happens at the same time as one of the wide options begins (See next slide).

The wide player plays in to the bouncer, who plays a set pass inside, for the wide player to get to the byline and cut back through the post, aiming for either runner.
The runner in the middle should look for a first time finish, hopefully being able to simply redirect the cross, rather than having to put too much power into it. First Priority is to hit the target, but once the target is getting hit regularly, challenge the players to hit towards the far post (With the expectation that the keeper would have moved to their near post to follow the ball.
The ball should be played to the bouncer once the central striker receives their setting pass (To give the attackers the chance to run to meet the cross, without having to stand around waiting for the cross).

The bounce player receives the ball and plays a setting pass to the outside. The wide player then aims a chipped ball to one of the two runners (Most likely the far post runner). This chipped ball should be aimed towards the far post as if it's a shot, that way if no touch happens, there's still the chance of a goal. The far post runner should aim to head the ball, but the near post runner might be better off attempting to chest the ball down and hitting a volley/half volley.
The ball should be played to the bouncer once the central striker receives their setting pass (To give the attackers the chance to run to meet the cross, without having to stand around waiting for the cross).

Reset the drill, this time adding in keepers. Since keepers are involved, slow down the play so that they're not just being bombarded by shots.
If two keepers are available, swap them after every run through.

Set Up
Set up with 3 goal scoring options.
No keepers, and shots can be going at the same time.
One central option with no bounce pass, simple dribble around the defender. Can place cones down just past the 'defender' so that players have to shoot earlier. Aim should be to shoot on the first touch past the defender.
Two wide options, both with a bounce pass, players are looking for a bounce pass to either set them up inside or outside. Identical set up on both sides.
