- Players split into sides diagonally opposite each other, with two GK's in two standard goals.
- The first player begins the practice by running with the ball and shooting.
- The shot is the trigger for the next person, opposite to come into play with their ball and attack the opposite goal.
- That is also the trigger for the shooting player to react, run around the nearest cone and recover to stop the attack.
Progression
- Two players to attack & recover, making at least one pass before shooting, ideally a through ball to run onto.

- Two teams split equally, two neutral wingers & one GK.
- Starting from the coach, they feed the ball into one of two teams fairly each attempt to counter-attack.
- The team in possession have to complete a number of passes before breaking out of the area, playing to either winger and counter-attacking.
- The team in possession can use both wingers whilst attacking, and if needed, whilst trying to complete the number of passes.
- If the defending team win back the ball, they try to play the ball back to the coach.
- An attacking position can be added to make it more game realistic, with a defender marking & competing for the possession.
- Swapping the wingers & attackers after so many attempts (numbers to make it fair).
Progression
- Make the area bigger, remove the wingers and/ or the striker to allow players to make the choice when comfortable.

- Mirrored practice, giving players plenty of opportunities, one team with a GK & 3 defenders & one team with4 attacking players.
- Swapping team roles after using all five footballs at the halfway area, including playing against the mirrored teams.
- Each time players have to find variations of attacking the goal
- Not all players have to touch the ball, but the movement has to be made by all players.
- If the defenders win the ball, they can work it up into the halfway area to win a point.

- Two players without a football starting in the middle, coming from the centre to receive at an angle and play into the path of the winger.
- After playing that pass, the player then attacks from the cross of the winger.
- The winger takes the role of the middle player, and the middle player takes the role of the goalkeeper (if no GK's).

- The team are to counter-attack after each player makes a pass within the centre circle, each player breaks out with or without the ball and makes various movements to attack.
- When the ball is out of play, or they lose possession, play is then started by the GK, who plays the ball out to the same team to counter-attack the other goal.
- With this counter-attack, they have a limited time to get their shot off or score.
- This is repeated a number of times, whilst the defenders swap positions each attempt until the defending team has an opportunity to become the attackers.

- Play begins with one team, the coach playing into that team to begin an attack.
- Once they have attacked the goal, or a time limit has been hit, another ball is played.
- The attackers then become defenders, and the defenders join the queue.

- 3vs3, with players allowed to move into a different area, but no more than one of each team member in one area.
- Play begins with one of the teams in the bottom area, they are able to play or bring the ball into play.
- Recycling the ball in any direction is allowed, keep possession until a space is created to score.
- Teams get so many attempts of scoring in the top goals, if attacking, or bottom goal, if defending, before swapping roles.

- Whichever team start with possession, plays 4 at the back, with 2 in the attacking area, one player can transfer when the ball is played through the lines.
- The defending team has 1 player pressing in the attacking area, 2 in the midfield area, and 3 defenders.
- Play is to begin from the back, retaining possession and aiming to play through the lines into the attackers to attack to the goal, with a player supporting.
- If the other team win the ball, they aim to counter-attack and commit the midfield players into the attacking area.
- Team roles swap over after each attack or a matter of minutes played.

Forward Ball (20 mins)
- Two teams, both have two goals to defend & attack.
- The aim is to play forward as much as possible, identifying & playing passes into the attack end zone.
- No minimum passes before attempting to play through the goals.
- The team out of possession aims to win the ball back.
- If the ball goes out of play, a throw-in is played on the sideline, as normal rules apply.
- If the ball goes behind the goals, a ball is played out from the feeder (coach) who changes sides & positions.
