Setup: 3 cones 2 yards apart, touch line 12 yards away (Spray paint)
Description:
Begin with fast feet, on coaches signal the middle player takes off in one direction and outside players must mimic.
Expand into seeing if the outside players can beat the middle player back to the cone.
Variation:
Outside players go the opposite direction of the middle player

Setup: 30x30 grid in front of goal
Equipment

Decription: Player A must move laterally with B following. They are trying to make a cut to break through the cones. Once they break through they receive a ball from C. Player C comes out to defend quickly and 1v1 begins. If Player C wins possesion they score by dribbling into one of the outside boxes.

2 games, 3 v 3, 2 soccer balls, no goalkeepers.
To score a point players have to dribble the ball into the shaded area and stop it with the bottom oif their foot to get a point. No defenders can enter.
Keep score -combined color score at end wins.

Description
In a field of 40x30 yards, there are 6 goals (3 red and 3 white).
The objective is to score in any of the goals by dribbling/running with the ball through the gates and then stopping it.
For the first 12 minutes, players can enter an all the gates. In the final 12 minutes, the coach will call out the colour where both teams can score, changing it every time she feels appropriate.
