4+2 VS 4+2 POSITIONAL GAME - 20 mins
ORGANIZATION
Same as the previous activity.
FUNCTION
In an area of 12 x 16 yards
Two attacking players from each team are only active when their team are in possession of the ball. Four players from each team are positioned in the eight zones, each player is entitled to one zone and is locked into it. The remain two attacking players are locked into the opposition half, with both of them free to move inside the two areas. The team can score a goal by passing through defensive lines into one of the strikers, who then must make a one touch pass to another striker who in turn MUST play the target player with one touch.
PROGRESSION/ CONDITION/TARGET
Team in possession MUST be patient with the ball, and keep the ball moving, once the coach blow the whistle, they will have 8 secs to transfer the ball, if they succeed, the strikers MUST combine the pass before shot on target.
defending team MUST be narrow and compact to prevent transition. Play all starts from the GKs, or target players.

8 vs 8 + GK CONDITIONED GAME - 25 mins
ORGANIZATION
2areas ( 1 area of 40 x 50 yards) Inside area 25 x 35 yards
17 players, balls, 1 full size goal, 2 mini goals, color vests.
FUNCTION
The defending team BLUE start the game and needs to score into one of the two mini goals. Once the possession is lost, defending team MUST retreat inside rectangle and form a compact defensive shape. If any of the DEFENDING players are outside of the inner rectangle when attacking team ORANGE score, 2 goals are award for the ORANGE team. Regular goal counts as 1 goal. Offside rule applies for the attacking team.

ORGANIZATION

FUNCTION
Players are locked into their zones, coach serves the ball, the possession team will move the ball, when coach blow the whistle they need to find a way to transfer the ball to the end zone. Mid zone players must stay compact and prevent the pass. If they succeed with the pass = 1 point, if the mid zone block = 2 points.

PROGRESSION
The possession team has two touches per play and after the whistle they have 8 secs to transfer the ball over, fail to do so, they will switch to the mid zone. Points will remain the same.
