The game always starts with a GK punt or goal kick
All field players must start inside the box.
A player from either team must head, control or deflect the ball in the air to start the game.
Once possession is gained the team can attack and both play regular rules.
If the ball goes out for a throw in, goal kick, corner kick, or goal the game is restarted with a punt from the half where it went out.
If the field players allow the ball to bounce they all do push ups. GK fails to get the ball in the box = push ups
