Rondo with Switch: Field 2 - 20x15 grids side by side. 10 players
Activity: In one half of the box, black play 5 v 3, with one blue player on each end. Black attempts to make 4 passes, then play one of their players into the other half. If successful, they keep possession and attempt the same on the other side. The midway line should be used as an offsides line. If blue win the ball, they look to play one of their players on the end to signal a change of possession, then two black will drop off to the ends.
Progressions: [1] limit touches, [2] must play into other half on 1 touch, [3] use a neutral.
Coaching Points: speed of play, movement of support, technique of first touch, receiving the ball, passing, control, awareness, angles of passes and runs.

Objective: team of 9 is looking to build out and score on opposing side goals with a one touch finish. Team of 6 is looking to keep team on one side and win the ball as quickly as possible and countering on goal.
Rules: 3 touch max for build out team. Defensive team tries to have entire team on two thirds of vertical field and keep them from switching it.

If defensive team isn't in 2/3 thirds of zone goal is doubled for offensive team.
