3 v 1 (+ GK) to Goal.
Attackers go in a 3 to goal, acting as a #9, #11 & #7. Ball must be passed to start, from #9 with wide players moving to open. One defender is pressing and trying to step to add pressure, if defender gets the ball they can score in counter goals. Play offside to the buidl out line.
Attackers should be able to create scoring chances, moving the ball away from the pressure and cretaing support for each other. Encourage crossing from wide positions and striking from within the area.
Progressions.
If too easy (goal every time) add a second defender to cover the pressing player, if too hard and breaking down repetitively defender can be replaced with two tall cones to act as static defenders.
