Organisation
Create an area 50x50 yds.
Split players into 2 teams - 8 yellows v 7 white - plus a green server.
White play in a 2-3-1 formation, yellows play in a 3-2-3 formation.
Yellow team to be coached.
Instructions
Yellow team aim to either dribble the ball into, or pass the ball into a receiving player in, the end zone.
White team aim to win possession and pass the ball to the green target player within 10 seconds.
If the ball goes out of play, play restarts with the green server and all players return to their starting positions as above.
Green server plays ball to No.4, on an angle, and dictates which side to play by calling 'right' or 'left'.
If Server calls 'Right', No.2 moves forward to take up an advances wing position, and as he does so, No.8 drops to take No.2's original position.
No.4 passes to No.8 within shaded area. No.8 passes to No.7 - as he does so, No.6 moves laterally to receive a pass from No.7, who in turn, passes the ball out wide to No.2 who plays a one touch pass to No.10, who has moved forward, to create a passing line into the end zone.
Note positioning of No.11, who has slide across to the imaginary dividing line, and Yellow 3 who slides over to provide defensive balance.
Coaching Points
1. Players need synchronised movements to create space.
2. The Yellow team need to create passing lines as well as superiority in numbers near the side lines.
3. Players must be aware to retain the team's balance at all times.

Yellow team play in a 3-2-3 formation. White team play in a 2-3-2 formation.
Yellow team to be coached.
Instructions

LB/RB must initally occupy shaded area whenever GK seeks to play the ball out from the back. LB/RB will advance forward at speed, and in a synchronised move, No.6 lor No.8 will drop into the shaded area to receive the ball from the GK.

1. Players need to use synchronised movemenrts to create space (to exploit and move forward)
2. Creating available passing options, not just superiority in numbers is important.
3. Players should be aware to retain the team's balance at the back.
