Ignition:
Set up: 30 x 30 as shown above.
Instructions:
Ball at one corner only to start. First player pass straight to the opposite line who sets back. First player passes the ball long to the opposite corner on the diagonal. Start the next rep from that side.
Progressions:
p1 - Switch ball to other side to work on opposite foot.
p2 - Two balls starting at once from opposite diagonal corners.
Coaching points:
Quality of pass and receiving, driven vs bent, body in line with ball upon receiving, movement after the pass.

Crossing pattern:
Set up:
3 cones in a triangle at the center circle for the #8,9,10. Two cones wide and upfield for the #7,11. 2 gates created with three cones on either side of the penalty arc.
Instructions:
Player at 1 plays into player 2 who sets for player at 3. 3 plays wide to player at 4 who drives and crosses. Player who passes wide replaces the wide player. Players at 1 and 2 must run through the farther gates from the crosser. The players at 1, 2 and 4 get back in line. Next rep goes the other side.
Coaching points:
Passing/receiving, early driven cross vs late bent cross, quality and timing of runs, striking the ball to finish. Framing of the box.
Progressions:
p1 - cut back cross
p2 - add defenders inside 18, behind stations 2, 4 and 5 progressively.

Wings wide:
Set up:
Half field with two 10 yard wide channels. 6v6 in the middle in a 4-2 formation each. 1 or 2 players in the wide channels assigned or unassigned to a team. Keeper in goals.
Instructions:
Normal game. If ball is player wide neutral cannot be defended at first and may dribble to cross. Goals from the wide channels count as 2.
Coaching points:
Quality of service, timing and shape of runs onto cross. Framing of the box.
Progressions:
p1 - Wide player may come in and new player moves out.
p2 - 1v1 in wide channels.
p3 - Take away channels.

Rossi Shooting:
Set up:
Two set ups each side of the penalty arc. 3 cones with teams of players in each to the side of the penalty arc. A cone set deep and to the opposite side of the 18 yard box with a player to cross.
Instructions:
Player at crossing station drives to the second cone and crosses into area. On turn player from each line makes a run to finish cross. Player that scores earns a point for team. Rotate teams through cones and change individual crossing.
Coaching points:
Quality and location of cross. Angle and timing of run. Technical finishing.
Progressions:
p1 - switch to other side.
