Method: Transitional Rondo. Ball starts with the Red team. Two Green players must go press the ball and disrupt play. Once 6 passes are made the reds must transfer the ball to the Blue side. Greens must work back to the start line before two players go and attempt to win the ball back.
If the ball goes out of play the coach restarts from the side of the pitch. The team in the middle changes every two minutes for total of 5 games.
