Crossing Challenge 1 (20 mins)

4 x 5 min rounds (approx)

- 2 teams, 1 starts on yellow cones, 1 starts on red cones

- Yellow team receives a ball off of red player in halfway circle

- Yellow passes back to red and then sprints around pole to try and block the cross

- Red once received from yellow must play their winger through the gateway

- Once through the gateway the red winger must try and shoot/cross to score in the central goals

- Your score is how many goals your team scored

- Each team gets a turn on each side

Focus:


Red team complete accurate crosses to score


Yellow team clear crosses effectively
