The objective of this session is for the players understand the soccer dynamic on moving forward, back and lateraly to receive and press the opponents

SPEED/AGILITY
ORGANIZATION
From the previous set up, keep the 30 x 25 yrds grid.
Set up anothe box inside with 10 x 10 yrds, 1 Flag pole in a middle of the 10x10 yrds box, and four other flag poles at each corner of this 110 x 10 yrds box.
Four players in the middle near the flag pole, and the remain players behind or beside the corner flags.
INSTRUCTIONS
At the coaches command, the four players from the middle will run and tag the first players on the line and switch place with them, as soon the team mates get tag, they immediatelly runs to middle, turn and tag the next team mate at the corner flag.
Each set of runs should be 2 minutes. They will perform 3 sets ( water break in between)

RUN ONE BACK ONE
ORGANIZATION
Within the 30 x 25 yrds box, create anothe box with 15 x 15 yrds
1 Flag pole at each corner
Split the player in even groups or( Odd numbers depend on player avaiability) behind each flags at the corner.
INSTRUCTIONS
At the coaches command, the players from each corner will run 1 flag up and run back another 1 flag, them runs 2 flags and back two, and so forward, till they all runs four flags and back four.
They will rest for 1 minute and perform again for 3 more times. Rest 1 minute in between

Organization
Set up an area of 30 x 25 yrds,marked by four tall cones
Set a ZIG ZAG LINE with 10 cones, 5 yards apart
INSTRUCTIONS
2 player at the time (1 inside the other outside) side by side.
At the coaches command the players first run to the first cone, shuffle Righ to the next, shuffle left to the next, Back Pedal to the next, and sprint back. ( 3 times each group of two )
