Warm Up 360 Game.

Players tuck there bibs into the back of their shorts.

The game lasts for 2 minutes.

Aim is to take other players bibs and ensure you have a bib at the end of the 2 mins.

You can have more than 1 bib.

Whoever doesnt have a bib at the end of the 2 mins does a forfeit.

Technical - Improve on body shape and fakes to give more deception.

Tactical - Always checking 360 degrees.

Physical - SAQ practice/improvement.

Aim - First team to score 6 headers wins.

Players on the side feed the ball in for a header. Once the attacker has made their header they then become the goalkeeper.

Technical - Heading accuracy - position on the head, velocity, pace, using the surface.

Tactical - Preessing the header to not allow them a big angle.
