This warm up session is designed to work on strength, energy, speed and team work. the Rondo team need to work on pass and movement. The attack team need to work on speed with dribbling, passing and more importantly running. Then when they get into the Rondo they must start to work as a team, delay and win the ball.
Each team will do both sides to work on all aspects

SETUP
20x20 square for Rondo
Cones for dribble and run
PRACTISE
Team 1 start in the rondo square playing passing and moving.
Team 2 all start at section A - player1 dribbles up B cones - dribbles to C turns and passes back to player 2. Player 1 stays at C.
Player 2 dribbles up B cones at the end passes to player 1, player 1 passes to player 3 then runs across D and E and into the Rondo through F
Player 2 stays at C, player 3 dribbles up B then passes to player 2, who passes to player 4 then runs across D and E and into the Rodo thought F
This is repeated until all players make it to the Rondo - which starts as 5v0, 5v1, 5v2, 5v3 etc.
