Method
7 Blues v 6 reds locked into defensive half in the build up zone . The game starts off a Gk to build up for the blues , who try to progress the ball from the defenders through midfield to the attacking front three in the shaded zone .Once the ball is transferred the blues can combine unopposed to finish vs a red goalkeeper . Two other blue midfielders can support the attack if needed .
Once the ball is struck as a shot , one of the side coaches plays a pass to a red player who now attacks the blue goal , the three Blues must complete recovery runs to reshape on transition .
The red Teams job is to disturb the build up through a high press and score on the blues . The red team also must attack at speed and outplay opponents in a 6v8 similar to a game .
