Pitch set up like above, blues are the attackers and the reds are the defenders . Reds have to stay in their area and try and prevent the blue players scoring on their goals. Blue players are trying to score in the goals named 1,2,3,4.
Coaching Points: Direction of shot, shot power, part of the foot (laces/inside)
Progressions/Adaptations: Add 1 defender in the middle trying to hit the blue players footballs with a bib (steal the ball if group is advanced)
Add an extra defender guarding the goals
