3 drills working in 5 minute intervals, Swapping round 1v1 with Goal - attacking with option to shooting at end against keeper. (pitch size 20x10m) goal size should be 12x6ft1v1 back to goal - Pass in from side with back to goal, use different skills, touch to get turned and attack open goal. Defenders need to win ball if the do they become the attacker. Goal size should be 6x4ft2v2 with floating player - attack and defend trying to create 2v1 opportunities. Ball must be played through the floating player before shot on goal. whomever is is possession the floating player will support them. Goals size should be 2 x 12x6ft goals with keepers.
