Organization: One player with the ball about 10 yards away from the other player who is standing and waiting to perform a block tackle
Instructions: The player with the ball dribbles at the player who is waiting, the player who was waiting performs a block tackle/poke tackle and takes the ball and dribbles 10 yards. The players then switch roles.

Instructions: Teams play 3v3 inside a 25x25 grid. Every goal that is scored is 1 point, every successful poke tackle or block tackle that is performed is also 1 point.
Coaching Points:Timing on the tackle, don't "dive in," wait for the mistouch.
