Title: Technical Reposition
Aim / Objective: Put players in a setting within our build up shape where connecting with a team mate and keeping possession is the key behavior / action for success. (Scan, receive & reposition every time the ball moves)
Organization: Player in the middle works for 90 seconds. Ball always moves anti-clockwise. Players either play 1-2 or find the next player within that direction.
Coaching Points:
6:35 - Players will fail to give their best effort - discuss what the looks like, let player that's performing the actions well demo. Quada.
6:40 - Players will fail to think and then move into their next pass - freeze - coach exact what that looks like. (Scan, receive & reposition every time the ball moves)

Title: (6:50 - 7:10)
Aim / Objective: Put players in a setting within our build up shape where connecting with a team mate and keeping possession is the key behavior / action for success. Directional & competitive activity.
Organization: 8's are free in the middle. 4,5,6 as our three center backs with 2/3 as wingbacks. 10 is the highest player. Defending team look to pass into counter goals if they win possession. Players on outside must give supporting angles, discuss the last two days (Scan, receive & reposition every time the ball moves) 10 must 'set' the ball and play the way she faces. Any player excluding 10 can score. 5 three minute games. 1:15 min rest. Set up 35x25

Progression: Middle Center back joins creating the diamond
Coaching Points:
- Let the first game go without any stoppages or coaching points.
- 6:55 - Natural stoppage - 8's will fail to check to the ball when it's on to switch the point of attack. Discuss how in this situation shown above she is the solution to 'get us out'
- 7:00 - Freeze - Players will fail to reposition after playing the pass. Discuss the effect this has on the team and how positive / effective our plays been over the last two days (Scan, receive, reposition every time the ball moves)
- 7:05 - coach when it occurs - Players will fail to join the attack when we skip a line. Discuss timing of when to join and support the 10.
- After progression - coach positioning of 8's & how that changes when CB joins.

- Limited - Coach team in possession. Encourage 8's to perform actions within the sessions.
Progression: Change red's structure to have a flat midfeild four / low block.
