1. Red player dribbles forward and tries to score in a 1v1 against the goalkeeper.
2. Same red player becomes a defender and plays 1v1 against the black player - both try to score in the goal.
3. The same red payer now combines with the blue player to play a 2v1 against the same black player
Players then move onto the back of the next line.

Central player moves and then receives a pass from a blue.
First passes come from the deeper blue players.

Players from 2 teams play a game in the 18 yard box with neutral players on the outside available to be used by the team in possession. More players can play in the middle han shown in the diagram.
Play always starts/restarts from the goalkeeper.
When defending, the team must defend in 2 banks on the lines shown by the red discs - they can't come off these lines and must look to make blocks from them. In possession players are free to move anywhere in the area.
Coaching points
Encourage player to shoot whenever it is on to do so.
Use the inside of the foot for accuracy (unless it is a rebound or volley).
Use of disguise and limited backlift.
Someone always following in for rebounds off the goalkeeper.

Set up: Each team have 3 players inside the box and 3 outside at the top of the box
Play starts from the GK who plays into red. The reds must play to an outside player before going for goal. Player who played the pass out swaps with the player who received it.
Goal scored = team attack again.
Save or missed shot = other team attack.
Turnover = team that win the ball have to play out and then can attack
5 rounds of 3 minutes each.

Red team have 1 minute to score as many goals as possible from crosses put into the box - needs to be a first time finish.
Player joins the back of the line after their shot.
Blue team collect any balls that go behind the goal.
Teams then swap roles with the blues trying to beat the reds total.

Red player dribbles the ball to the red disc and stops the ball on it. He then continues his run around the far mannequin.
As soon as the ball is stopped on the red disc, the blue player can move to the ball and start to dribble it towards the goal.
Red payers aim is to defend 1v1 and stop the blue player from scoring in the goal.
Join the other queue after the ball goes dead.
