Fast finishing

Red player dribbles the ball to the red disc and stops the ball on it. He then continues his run around the far mannequin.

As soon as the ball is stopped on the red disc, the blue player can move to the ball and start to dribble it towards the goal.

Red payers aim is to defend 1v1 and stop the blue player from scoring in the goal.

Join the other queue after the ball goes dead.

Box finishing game 1

Players from 2 teams play a game in the 18 yard box with neutral players on the outside available to be used by the team in possession. More players can play in the middle han shown in the diagram.

Play always starts/restarts from the goalkeeper.

When defending, the team must defend in 2 banks on the lines shown by the red discs - they can't come off these lines and must look to make blocks from them. In possession players are free to move anywhere in the area.

Coaching points
