Receiving the ball under pressure - Mannequin is a defender. Each player follows their pass.
1. First pass is firm using the inside of the foot to the player at the mannequin. The player the mannequin has to quickly change his body position when he is just about to control the ball.
2. The player takes a positive first touch to the side away from the mannequin in game realistic movement. Body positioning is key.
3. Player passes to the waiting at the cone to start the cycle again. The pass is from the inside of the foot
Coaching points - Use inside of the foot when passing
- Weak foot against the mannequin and arm outstretched to hold off marker (Mannequin)
- Quick change of body positioning when receiving the ball
- Positive touch away from the marker (mannequin)

Conditioned game - Game of football with a condition added in. The condition being that when a player receives a pass they must take a touch and control the ball before they can pass, shoot or dribble.

Cool down - Participants jog round the area at a steady pace until they are instructed by the coach to slow down into a steady walk
Static stretches - Stretches with such as; hamstring kicks, groin extentions, thigh extenions
Breathing techniques - Participants lie on the ground on a matt. Eyes are closed and told to think about the best goal they have ever scred. Breathing in through their nose and then our their mouth. This is to slow the heart rate dow

Warm Up (10 mins)
Warm up - Participants are in pairs, one has a ball dribbling round the area and the other is jogging round the area warming up and stretching. When instructed to by the coach, the player with the ball will pass to his partner who will then take a postive controlled touch away from his body. They switch roles as this point. Coach will instruct players to use both feet to gain confidence in using their weak foot.
