Organisation:
- Introduce box defenders, choose 2-3 players to act as defenders who can move between boxes and stop players from scoring. Rotate defenders every 2-3 minutes.

Organisation:
- Set up a 20x30 yard field with mini goals.
- Split the players evenly and assign both groups matching numbers.
- Players line up on opposite corners, the coach calls out one of multiple numbers and those players run around the flag ahead of them before entering the field to play 1v1.

Small Sided Game
- Focus on playing multiple 2v2s or 3v3s rather than 4v4 of 6v6.
- Emphasise all the coaching points from the previous exercises.
- Don't be afraid to step in and coach within the session or to pull players out to deliver coaching points.
- The last two minutes of the session should be a recap of the learning that took place during the session.

Organisation:
- Set up different sized squares in your playing area.
- To begin set the challenge for players to dribble through as many squares as possible in 60 seconds.
- Now start to introduce coaching points such as small controlled touches, using different surfaces of the foot and keeping their heads up to find new boxes and space.
- Play again and see if they can beat their previous score.
- Introduce different moves and turns to be practiced in each box i.e. outside cut, chop, drag back, scissors etc.
