15 x 20 yard area; each player with a ball
When coach calls out GREEN LIGHT players dribble forward under control. When coach calls out RED LIGHT players must stop ball as quickly as possible. If players balls gets far away from them coach asks player to take a few steps back before calling out GREEN LIGHT. Players are attempting to dribble across to opposite side of area
Variations:
1) Coach holds up a red pinnie or green pinnie to indicate stop or go
2) When coach drops pinnies players can sprint to opposite side
3)Coach stands behind players to encourage them to dribble quicker

20 x 30 area
Coach plays the ball in and players play 1 v 1 and can score goal. When either the ball goes out or a goal is scored coach calls out GET OUTTA HERE, players leave the area and join the back of the line and two new players join as coach plays a new ball in.

1)2 v 2
2)3 v 3

3 v 3 open game. Whenever a ball goes out of play coach calls out NEW BALL and players keep playing.
