  • Skipping arms up

Equipment: 4 mannequins, 9v9 goal, footballs

Playing around the corner

Breanna, Maddy, Paige on shooting

Focus players: LE, MHG, AW, MO

Coaching points: 

  • (1) Foot on ball + turn away from mannequin
  • (2) Meet the ball + first time pass
  • (3) (4) (5) Combinations, overlap, underlap, first time / two touch?

1) Server plays into player 1 who drives in, turns with foot on ball and plays 2

2) Player 2 knocks the ball around the corner to player 3

3) Pivot sets first time to player 1 or 2 to play through to 4 or 5 - allow players to combine however they like - players 1 and 2 MUST be the ones to score

After goal: Pivot and server swap places to go other direction
