Pressuring as a unit and maintaining defensive stability
Progressions
1. Individual Pressure, ball in from feeder, defender shadows and no contact
2. Individual Pressure, ball in from feeder, defender applies physical pressure but no tackling
3. Ball in from feeder, work as a unit to get the ball past the defending team and pass the ball to the opositions feeder. (Offiside rule in play). Free reign. (Coaches working with specific individuals utilising drive by method.)

Attack v Defence
Aim: Moving across as a unit rather than marking the man tight.
Set up (6 (+1) v 6)
Defence
1 x GK
4 x Defenders
2 x Holding Midfields
Attack
2 x Strikers
4 x Midfielders
Ball is initally fed out from the GK, to any of the attacking teams midfielders and the game is played on from there. The play is continued until the ball goes behind the goal or goes past the half way line.
A short interjection each time for any work on points from both attacking coach and defensive coach.
