Two boxes are created 20yards apart. Players are organized in two teams of six. One team of six maintains to possess the ball. Three players from the opposite team go across to regain possession. If they win the ball they switch it back to their team-mates and three red players go across to hunt the ball. Play is continuous.

Players are split into three teams of four. Two teams start in the central area, one defending and one attacking. The other stay on the perimeter. Blue and red work together to keep the ball away from white. 10 passes equal one point. If the exercise is too easy, then passes to the outside players can be eliminated for points purposes meaning players only get points for passes made in their team (i.e. red must pass to red for a point.) If white win the ball they get a point for 5 passes completed as they must retain possession without using the blue players.

Organize players into two teams in different formations. Encourage players to possess the ball and see if they are able to build an attack that begins in their own half. Are they recycling the ball? Is there good movement to support the player with the ball? FIFA Laws Apply

Players are organized in four groups between a gate. There is a cone in the middle of the field which the players move towards;
1) Players move in performing a number of dynamic stretches towards the yellow cone and jog back.
2) Player receives the ball, takes the touch to the side then comes back and dribbles between the cone. Players must dribble at pace around the yellow cone then pass to the next player.
3) Again dribbling around the yelow cone, player asses to their team-mate between the gate. They perform a quick give and go with the receiving player, moving around the gate after passing.
4) Similar to point 3, however this time the receiving player dictates the pass via their movement to either side of the gate. They perform the give and go and then make the run between the cones.
