- The player now in possession of the ball will play the next receiver who moves near side to commit to a give and go before playing a firm pass into the next beginning player.
Notes:
- Work on firm passes
- Half turn when opening up around cone
- Give and go should be done at pace (Game realistic)

Warm up + Agility/Mobility Circuit (15 mins)
- Dynamic Warm up
- Agility/Mobility Circuit
Notes:
- Sprint Action follows the agility/mobility movement. Start focusing on "Action after the play", get players to move quickly after an action. Players can walk back, but the action and sprint must be done to 100%
- Focus on players getting deep and using quads for hops and jumps. Power comes from the quads, players must land on balls of their feet and use their whole body to create power.
- Agility Ladder should be completed with chest up and head up. Look to get players to improve their body posture if facing downward. Looks to encourage positive body behaviour when moving or on the ball in a game.
