Pass and dribble grid

Team A - Moving along the outside of the square the players use two touch passing to find a pass cutting across the corner of the square or across to a team mate. The aim is to find a gap for the pass, apply the appropriate power and timing to ensure it isn't intercepted.

Team B - Moving within the square, the team are tasked with two touch passing. Again, they are tasked with finding a gap for the pass, applying the appropriate power and timing to ensure it isn't intercepted.

Team C - Tasked with dribbling across the square from one side to the others using skill moves, close control and bursts of speed with the ball under control to exploit gaps to enable them to get to the other side. When at the other side they need to do a turn and head back to their starting position.
