Session Objective: To develop counter-attacking from the goalkeeper
Organisation:
A plays ball to goalkeeper and as ball moving A,B and C must run to touch white line with foot before recovering.White try to attack quickly on counter-attack.
Repeat 5 times for yellows then swap so white have to attack and then recover.
Key Factors:
Look to go forwards
Travel with ball using sole of foot
Be aware of advanced runners
Quick movement to receive the ball
Travel as fast as possible because of numerical advantage
Be positive about attacking

Organisation:
A plays ball to goalkeeper and as ball moving A,B and C must run to touch white line with foot before recovering.White try to attack quickly on counter-attack.
Repeat 5 times for yellows then swap so white have to attack and then recover.
Key Factors:
Delay whenever possible by back man - drop off/hold.
Speed of recovery runs.
Quickly into a holding shape.

Organisation:
Group of four players,on opposite sides of pitch .Goalkeeper A serves ball to player B who receives ball in front and attacks goalkeeper C 1v1.After a save or miss,Goalkeeper C feeds ball to pink player D who attacks Goalkeeper A goal.Player B has made recovery run to defend.Continue in this format to add players until game reaches 5 v 5.Then start again.
