Introduce players to the idea of one touch passing and moving. This will a-tune each player's focus as they have no time on the ball. This is important to develop their sense of balance, understanding of a weighted pass, Accuracy, control, composure and timing. Because of the nature of one touch passing the technique should also develop their sharpness and decision making in the moment of the game
