1. The Coach Volleys, Half Volleys or Strikes the ball off the Near Post Rebound Box simulating a low pulled back cross from the position #1.
2. As the Coach strikes the ball, the GK presses off his front right foot and drops slightly to get a good low body shape in order to make a save.
3. If the Coach misses the box or the GK parries the rebound, the GK recovers for a 2nd shot from the Red Server who strikes the ball through the Red cones in the goal with pace.
Progression
Add a Far Post Striker who can finish any low crosses that miss the Rebound Box
Get the GK starting in different positions in order to recreate various scenarios i.e:
1. Turning off his Near Post
2. Starting Higher then Dropping Back (using coloured sticks)
3. Starting Centrally and Quick Stepping into the Near Post 1st Position
