TR1

DESCRIPTION: U13 - 18 players 

Equipment: 15 flat markers, 6 balls.

Divide players into groups of 6. Queue up at the white flat markers respectively.

Training 1 (10minutes) 

- Cone dribbling then shoot on target.

 - Go to the next one on the right after the finish.

DESCRIPTION:

  • outside player passes into the red box
  • 外面球員傳入紅色格
  • the receiver tries to lose his marker and dribble to the yellow box
  • 接應球員嘗試擺脫防守球員並盤球到黃色格
  • yellow box is a free zone to shoot
  • 盤球到黃色格射門

COACHING POINTS:

  • eager to run out and receive 主動跑出迎球
  • run out with changing direction and speed (body feint) 跑出時注意變速及變向  
  • create space by running out from the blind spot of the defender 由防守球員盲眼位跑出
  • shoulder check
  • good first touch 良好第一控球
  • face the defender 面向防守球員
  • dribble with changing direction and speed (body feint) 盤球時注意變速及變向
  • move the ball to the shooting feet and hold the gravity 把球移至射門腳同時注意重心腳的位置 
  • find the most suitable way to strike the ball under pressure 找出進攻球員最合適的射門方法 
  • check where the keeper is 留意守門員站位

PROGRESSION OR REGRESSION:

  • adjust the defensive intensity according to the ability of the receiver

DESCRIPTION:

  • 2v1 in the red box, the attacker needs to pass the ball to the yellow box
  • 紅色格2對1, 進攻球員需傳球到黃色格讓前鋒接應
  • 1v1 in the yellow box, the attacker needs to lose a defender then dribble to beat opponent and score the goal
  • 黃色格1對1, 進攻球員擺脫防守並盤球突破至射門
  • the defender needs to pass to the sideway as transition if they can intercept or tackle
  • 防守球員成功反搶後傳至左右兩邊隊友

DISTRIBUTION:

  • Starting from player A
  • 由A球員發球

SSG

內容:18人,8藍8紅+2守門員,雙方陣式1-2-4-2。(18 players, 8 blue 8red and 2 goalkeepers. Both side formations are 1-2-4-2.). 

自由比賽,為鼓勵盤球突破射門,成功入球得2分。(Freegame. Encourage scoring from dribbling to shoot, those get 2points) 

重點:.

抬頭觀察傳球隊友位置及溝通。(Observe the position ofteammate, well communicate). 

回頭觀察身後情況,於迎接傳球前先作假跑,跑前半轉身接傳球。(Shoulder check first, fake move and half turn receive the ball). 

盤球作假身又或作小組合作避過對手,例,先作假身向右,再用左腳外檔推球向左。(Fake to take ball with outside of foot then pushball with outside of the opposite foot). 

加速大步推過對手。(Accelerate and get away from the defender). 射門前觀察防守球員位置,尋找空間,決定射門路線。(Observethe goalkeeper's position. Find the shooting route) 

腳踢攻門. 

助跑並以腳背觸球。(Accelerate with running). 

觸球位置要準確。(Make contact with the middle to top half of the ball).

 身體側身並傾斜,重心腳踏於球旁。(Plant down your standing foot more power. Put your non-kicking foot alongside the ball).

鎖緊腳腕。(Lock your ankle). 

手臂平舉維持平衡。(Hand up and balance your body). 

小腿後擺並伸展腹部。(Swing your leg). 

轉身收腹同時大腿向前擺動帶動小腿、膝頭至全伸直時擊球。(Tighten your muscles and hit the ball while your foot extend straightly). 

擊球後重心腳向前慣性滑動,身體自然向前推送,推送方向與射門方向相同。(Follow through). 

攻門要以球門空位為目標,一般以左右兩柱邊位較為合適。(Target the empty space of the goal).
