內容:18人,8藍8紅+2守門員,雙方陣式1-2-4-2。(18 players, 8 blue 8red and 2 goalkeepers. Both side formations are 1-2-4-2.).
自由比賽,為鼓勵盤球突破射門,成功入球得2分。(Freegame. Encourage scoring from dribbling to shoot, those get 2points)
重點:.
抬頭觀察傳球隊友位置及溝通。(Observe the position ofteammate, well communicate).
回頭觀察身後情況,於迎接傳球前先作假跑,跑前半轉身接傳球。(Shoulder check first, fake move and half turn receive the ball).
盤球作假身又或作小組合作避過對手,例,先作假身向右,再用左腳外檔推球向左。(Fake to take ball with outside of foot then pushball with outside of the opposite foot).
加速大步推過對手。(Accelerate and get away from the defender). 射門前觀察防守球員位置,尋找空間,決定射門路線。(Observethe goalkeeper's position. Find the shooting route)
腳踢攻門.
助跑並以腳背觸球。(Accelerate with running).
觸球位置要準確。(Make contact with the middle to top half of the ball).
身體側身並傾斜,重心腳踏於球旁。(Plant down your standing foot more power. Put your non-kicking foot alongside the ball).
鎖緊腳腕。(Lock your ankle).
手臂平舉維持平衡。(Hand up and balance your body).
小腿後擺並伸展腹部。(Swing your leg).
轉身收腹同時大腿向前擺動帶動小腿、膝頭至全伸直時擊球。(Tighten your muscles and hit the ball while your foot extend straightly).
擊球後重心腳向前慣性滑動,身體自然向前推送,推送方向與射門方向相同。(Follow through).
攻門要以球門空位為目標,一般以左右兩柱邊位較為合適。(Target the empty space of the goal).
