target player must stay in end zone until ball has passed middle line (end defender too)
Target player and receiving player are trying to stop ball in end zone.
Defender 1 is trying to win ball
Coaching Points:
1. Starting position of 1st defender (block penetration)
2. Reading play to intercept (prevent penetration if not) both 1st and then 2nd defender
3. Recovering run to double team
4. Recognition of when to double team or when to track runner
Progressions:
Regression - when player gets to target they have to cross over middle line before scoring
Regression 2 - Target player must take 3/4 touches before scoring
