Activity Rules: 8v7 in the middle third.

Attacking team (Red) sets up in a 0-4-3-1 (1-4-3-3) formation. Defending team sets up in a 0-3-2-2 (1-3-5-2) formation. 

Play starts with the attacking team (red color) 4 or 5 passing to an open player to build up and try to play it through one of the gates.

Defending team (Blue) must be organized and stay compact to prevent opponent from playing forward and deny penetration from dribble. Force an inaccurate pass.

Focus Team: Defending (Blue color)

Objective: Disrupt build up

Defending TTP: Pressure/ cover/ balance, make it compact, keep it compact, provide cover and and delay the opponent when outnumbered.

Attacking TTP: Spread out, Use space and triangulate to create passing options, create diagonal passing lines
