Pinnie Tag 20 x 30 yard area
Players in two teams all have a pinnie tucked into their shorts. Timed game to see what team can eliminate the opposition the quickest
Variation
a)When a player gets their pinnie pulled out, if they are able to do 10 toe taps before all their teammates are eliminated they may re-enter, game is over when all pinnies have been eliminated
b) Add a ball with the players getting tagged

Station #1 - 15 x 20 yard area. 1 v 1 to 2 small goals
Variation
a) Player may score on one designated goal
Station #2 - 1 v 1 and more- 20 x 30 yard area, coach plays ball into the attacker they take on the defender and attempt to score. If the defender wins the ball or the GK gets the ball and plays to the defender they may add another player making it 2 v 1. The sequence continues everytime the defender gets the ball they may add another player, game continues until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play.
Station #3 - 15 x 15 yard area with goal at each of the four corners. Coach plays ball and players play 1 v 1 and attempt to score on goal at opposite end.

a) Angle of approach (sheppard attacker to one side)
b) Match pace of attacker going backwards
