- Back Four drop back to D of 18yrd Box
- Midfield drop back into a 5, wide players tucking in
- Front man takes uo what would be defensive position on halfway line

- Following return to shape on coach's whistle/shout, team jog out still in shape.
- When striker reaches between the semi-circle and 18 yrd box coach shouts a command of 1,2,3 or 4.
- Team then press that pole as if the ball, was in that position. (eg 2 see arrows)

Set up play (30 mins)
- Goalkeeper starts play by rolling ball out to either centre half
- Unopposed the red team work the ball forward into the wide areas, looking to cross and finish
Key points:
- Back four squeeze the play up to the halfway line, with the centre halves taking up a more central position and the full back on the opposite side of play tucks in
- Midfield support with one of the 8 or 10 either attacking the area or ringing the edge of the box for second ball
- Opposite wide player attacks the back post
