Description

Type of Passing 1. inside foot ( point of foot is upward, lock Ankle, ankle bone points to reciever.....) 2. sole foot (slow speed, receiver need to respond soon) 3. Tip toe ( Leg need to push backward, quick action due to opponents ) 4. Lobs ( backward of center of mass , ball on the surface of foot) Touching foot don't stand on the ground before passing. When, Where, How, Why ???

Warm Up

Setting:

Two player per one group with one ball.

Time: 15 mins

Introduction

1. Passing by inside foot and receiver control by sole of foot.

2. passing by Toe 

3. Use Lobs passing

Coaching Point:

1. inside foot ( point of foot is upward, lock Ankle, ankle bone points to receiver.....) 

2. bottom foot (slow speed, receiver need to respond soon) 

3. Tip toe ( Leg need to push backward, quick action due to opponents ) 

4. Lobs ( backward of center of mass , ball on the surface of foot) Touching foot don't stand on the ground before passing

TR1 Passing

Setting 

Player:12Ball:4-8Cone: 4Dishes: 10 ( two color)Vest: 4 

Time: 20 mins

Introduction:Eight Players, with ball, stand the middle of dishes and Fourplayers who run inside the field, ready to receive the passing.After received passing, they will half-stop by using bottom offoot to roll backward and then pass back to sender.Difference types of passing back: bottom, Tip Toe 

Aims:1. Train Passing quality 

2. Reception 

Coaching Point 

1. sole foot to receive the ball 

2. Head Up for vision ( 2 -3 choice before receiving the balls) 

3. Passing to left foot or right foot ( Passing quality)

Difference types of passing : Sole, Lobs , inside and outside (hidden passing) and  Tip Toe

Aims:

2. Head Up for vision ( 2 -3 choice before receiving the balls)

4. Always pay attention and concentration 

5. Decision Marking

Progression:1. two touch for players 

2. Need to receive and then pass to other immediately

Four Players become one team , which will divide into three teams.

The playground is separated into two river.  One team will defend ( 8 vs 2, 4 vs 2 and 4 vs)
