Greystones Utd AFC

Setup 2 2x2m squares with different coloured cones at each corner. Both squares should have the same coloured cones at the same corners.

Players stand in the centre of the squares.

Coach shouts two colours eg. Red! Green!

Players must touch those cones in that order before entering into an attacking 1v1. Coach plays the ball forward for players to attack.
