Organization:
Cones set up as shown in the picture. Players line up on cones where the balls are. One player on the cones positioned out wide.
Instructions:
Player A plays the ball to player B who drives at the goal and makes a chop or cut inside the field to shoot. A taked B's spot and B becomes the goalie if he scores. Goalie stays as long as he doesn't concede a goal. Left and right side alternate turns.
Coaching Points:
- drive towards goal with speed
- clear cut to change direction and/or shake defender
- shoot as quickly as possible after the cut
- shield ball from defender
Progressions/Regressions:
P- add chasing defender
