Description
Player 1 passes to player A. Player 1 runs towards pole, fakes to the right, receives ball back from player A, 1 touch and then shoot. Player A then runs to Station 4. Player 1 goes to player A spot.
Player 2 plays a wall pass with player B, receives ball, turns and strikes ball immediately.
Player 2 goes to player B spot. Player B moves to Station 3.
Player B passes to player C, moves forward, receives ball back from Player C and strikes ball first time. Player B then goes to Player 2 spot.
Player A then passes to Player C, shifts across, receives ball back. Player C makes a bending run, receives through ball from Player A, and strikes ball first time. Player C goes to Player 1 spot. Player A goes to Player C spot.
Players can rotate starting positions.
* Can add in defenders (if safe to do so under local/county/state health orders)
