Instructions:
Possession between 4 attackers, with 2 defenders trying to gain possession. Defender wins ball by getting possession. The defender stays on if she kicks the ball out of play. The attacker who kicks the ball out of play or doesn't receive ball successfully has to switch with the first-in defender.
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play.
- Movement on the ball and off the ball creating space
- Attack the ball and movement during transmission
- Support the passer
- Can one of the attacking players use the central area to receive the ball?
- 1st touch control and decision (what's the next play and know that before receiving the ball?)
Progressions:
2 touch play

Organization:
- Half of one indoor pitch
- 1 large mini goal
- Pinnys and cones
- 3 gates evenly spaced on attacker's end
- 4 defenders on goal line and 1 goal keeper
Instructions:
- Each play has 4v2.
- Attacking players are looking to penetrate into space behind defense to attack goal
- Retreat line at centre pitch
- If defender wins ball can score by dribbling the ball through one of three gates at attacker's end
- Restart if ball goes out of play
- Goal keeper saves keep play live
Progressions:
- 5v3

- Timing of run to get behind defense
- CM supporting play
- Anticipating play and movement of players during transmission

- two channels on outside
- two scoring endzones
- 2 big goals goals + Gks
- 5v5 or similar
- 1v1 in outside channels
Instructions: - 3v3 or 4v4 in central area
- 1v1 in outside channel
- must pass (penetrate) into scoring endzone to score
Coaching Points: - speed of play
- speed, angle and timing of supporting runs
- looking for space in behind as a moment to attack the defender in 1v1 situations
- communication
- speed of play to open up passing channels
- supporting play / supporting angles
Progressions: - players can go outside / player from inside can create 2v1 outside
- one touch finish only
Regression: - can dribble into endzone
- can score from anywhere
- add neutrals in central area
