Technical Warm up: 10 minutes
Each group will work at 1 minute intervals (1:1 Work to rest). Each player must jog into square, accelerate out.

A Section
Players to use either foot over the hurdles, driving knee up sharp movements.
Plyers to play wall pass on ground back to player in between cones. Players then switch with players in the cones and start from beginning.
B Section
Players will accelerate laterally between poles.
Players to play ball back using inside foot volley
C section
Players to jump/bound in agility circles. Pause to gain balance, then progress to next circle.
Player to play ball back using thigh lace volley

Organization:
Full Field. FIFA Rules APPLY. Both teams are playing in a 1-4-2-3-1 formation.
Objectives:
Playball wide to get players out of position and commit to pressure. Createoverloads on flank, play into box to score
Coaching Points:
Be patient with possession. Keeping goodshape ( DF-MF, MF-AT). Try to draw players out of position and Identify when isthe best opportunity to exploit an overload on flank. Look to penetrate deep into flanksof Zones 3 and 4.

Set up:
Interior Square(red) = 6 yards x 6 yards
Exterior Square = 20 yards by 20 yards
Players are split up evenly on exterior square corners running to interior square then returning back to original line.
Duration: 20 minutes

Dynamic Phase:Each exercise is done twice
- Quadricep grab
- Chin grab
- Leg Grab
- Leg Swings
- Knee swings
Neuro Prep - Go in left sprint left
Technical:Each exercise uses right foot to the inner square, left foot on the way back
- Dribble and pinch back
- Dribble and use left foot around pylon
- Dribble and use right foot around pylon
- Sole roll there and back
- Inside outside of both feet.
Progression: First player goes to inside square looking to receive a pass.- Same foot to control, same foot to play
