Crossing & Finishing

3 Players start on middle triangle, with 7 & 11 on opposite sides with full backs. No 9 on edge of box.

Players pass in a triangle until coach blows whistle, then it is drilled into ether 7 or 11 (work opposite sides, alternatively.

7 or 11 drives inside, and full back overlaps, nice slide pass.

9 attacks front post and does not run outside the width of the goal with a double movement.

two midfielders join the attack (top of the triangle attacks far post just outside far post to open up the goal.

deeper midfielder ready for cutback attacks the penalty spot. 1 midfielder stays for defensive balance.
