Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): three team cover /useing wide men (Start Time: 2022-10-06 18:00:00)

Three Team cover game. Asekuracja w Trzech Zespołach. (15 mins)

- Blues play with the Greens. Niebiescy razem z Zielonymi.

- Reds start in the middle. Czerwoni w środku.

- Only 1 Player can attack the Blues in the end zone. Tylko 1 Czerwony może atakować Niebieskich lub Zielonych.

- The other 3 Reds cover in the middle zone. Trójka Czerwonych asekuruje w środkowym polu.

- When the Reds win the ball, they attack the Team that lost the ball 4v4 to a big goal. Kiedy Czerwoni odzyskują piłkę, to atakują 4v4 dużą bramkę.

Organization

• Half field or adjust the size to space you are working in
• Define 2 channels 
• Two goals
• 2 keepers
• Players split into 3 teams of 4 players who will rotate from the center to play neutral
• you can adjust the numbers in the center if you have more players or if you want one team to have more success
• number of players 12-18

Instructions

• Teams will play 4v4 centrally and look to serve the ball into a neutral

• Neutrals can now move anywhere in the channel 
• The Neutral will then cross the ball to the team in possession to score
• You can only score from across
• The defensive team can only block neural not tackle them in the channel

• Recognize width and when to go wide

Progressions

• Allow the defensive team to tackle the wide players 
• Allow for weaker side shifts in attack so the far side neutral can score
