Attacking Heading (Fun Session)
Play in large 21 x 7 goals, red team must link shoulders and stop the blue team heading into the goal, only the end players are allowed to use their hands, the rest of them must use everything but their hands. They have to keep linked together.
Blue team has three minutes to score as many goals as possible being fed in by either an under arm or throw in style throw. After the server has thrown in, he then runs around the pole for the next player to feed the ball in.
