Organization:
Set up as shown above
Pair players up, one ball per pair
Players try to pass the ball through the green pylons to their partner. The receiving player needs to STOP and CONTROL the ball BEFORE they can pass back.
If players are feeling confident, try having them use their opposit foot.
Progression:
Make it a competition - which line can get to ten complete passes first OR which line can get the most passes in 30 seconds.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside of the foot; heel down and toe up
2. Hit the middle of the ball to keep it on the ground
3. Point foot in direction you want the ball to go

Coach rolls out a ball and players play 2v2
Rules:
Teams need to make AT LEAST one pass before they can score
OR
Players dont have to pass to score, but if they do, they get an extra point for every pass they make before scoring!
Give them 30 seconds to score... if no one score after 30 seconds, a new group comes on.
Coaching Points:
Really emphasize on sharing the ball and using each other to score.

Warm-Up: Mud Monster (10 mins)
Organization: Outline an area that is appropriate for the number of players to run within. Every player has a ball except for the mud monster(s).
How to Play: Either the coaches start as the mud monsters or two are assigned. The mud monster’s objective is to try and tag other players. If tagged, they are to hold their ball above their head and stand frozen with their legs open. To be freed, another player needs to pass their ball through the frozen players legs. A player who is saving another player, cannot be tagged. The game is over after everyone has been frozen or after a certain amount of allotted time
Coaching Points: Advise mud monsters to work together. Encourage players to pass their ball using the inside of their foot when passing the ball through players legs
Progressions: Adjust the boundaries and/or add more mud monsters
