Organization: 2 small goals, cones
Duration: 10 minutes
Instruction:
Pass starts from the goal to mid, mid plays to striker who dribbles around 2 cones to finish on goal. Everyone follows their pass, striker becomes the keeper and the keeper takes ball back to start.
Repeat out to the other side.

Organization: Cones as shown, split group to 2 sides
Duration:10 minutes
Instruction:
1-Pass from wide into mid, follow the pass
2-Dribble through cones
3-Pass up the line, follow pass
4- Dribble around cones, either left or right
5-Finish on goal, retrieve the ball and go to opposite side start
Start other side after player dribbles through cone to make second pass.

Organization: Cones and balls
Warm up: 5 minutes
Duration: 5 minutes A, 10 minutes B, GK 20 minutes
Instruction: U8
A: Pair up players 5M apart and passing back and forth, 15 with each foot to pass and receive
B: Join pairs to form a grid and follow the passing pattern 5xs one direction, 5xs the other then switch feet and repeat.
U10
A: Pair up players and set 2 grids 5M apart. Players plays into center grid pass back and move to far end to receive long pass. First player moves into the centre to repeat in the opposite direction. Repeat 10xs each, then make it a race for the first team to complete 10.
B: Join pairs, first player makes pass into centre, that player takes first touch outside the box and plays pass ahead. Last player dribbles ball back to start. Run 15xs then race for 10xs.
