Set-Up: Small Grids of 12x24 with small goals at one end and cones at other.
Progression:
Progression #1: Play begins with attacking player dribbling the ball to goal
Progression #2: Play begins with defending player passing to the attacking player.
Time: 4 x 2:00 min
