1v2 Close Quickly + Block (20 mins)

Instructions:

  • 1v2 practice with an emphasis of improving pressing and closing down space
  • Out of possession, shut down space and force play back
  • Player behind the line of cones cannot be tackled but must play off of two touches
  • Player receiving the ball faces a 1v1 matchup
  • In possession, improve technical skills such as dribbling and turning as you look to beat your man
  • Finish accurately into the small goal
