Description:
Half court - 2v1 (fixo and pivot vs fixo) from gates to goal. Attacking team (fixo) starts the game with a trow in to pivot from the gates. pivot should float between its 3 positions in order to receive the ball. Once the ball is in 2v1 plus goalie is play trying to score in the regular goal. If defense recovery the ball they can score in one of the two gates.
Progression: add 1 player on each team. 3v2 using the same structure
ROTATION: BY TIME:every 2 minutes teams switch roles
Coaching points:
Attacking
Movement - to open passing lanes and support player with the ball
Speed of play - to take advantage of the 2v1 situation
Create space or support player with the ball
Defending
Protect the goal - do I need to recovery the ball as soon as possible? What
Delay - How can we slow them down?
Control space - Black passing lanes and make attacker predictable - Be physical when its needed

Description:
Half court 4v3 plus goalie from gates to goal. Restarts are always from throw ins - First touch must be with Chest - Thigh - Inside Volley (stipulate one specific technique and vary them)
ROTATION: King of the goal - winning team stay attacking to regular futsal goal and defend gates. 2 minutes or 1 goal.

Variation: in pairs of groups of 3 try to keep the ball in the airs using 1-2 touches

Balance - knees bent and stay on your toes
Using both feet
If can't keep the ball in the air start from hands and drop the ball for one touch before you catch the ball again - increase number of touches until you gradually as you get more comfortable
